Q: My Bluetooth Earphone is doesn’t appear in my phone’s Bluetooth search

Your Bluetooth earphone need to enter pairing mode in order to appear in Bluetooth search:

LED color may differ for models. Kindly refer to manual booklet for more details.



Q: My TWS Earbuds only can connect 1 side. Can’t use both side together

Your earbuds may have lost connection with each other. Please do a TWS pair to pair them together. 



Q: My Bluetooth earphone/headphone keep disconnect by itself

Try do a factory reset to the earphone/headphone. Different model may have different steps to reset. Kindly refer to manual booklet for factory reset method.

Also try unpair, restart your phone and pair again.



Q: I hear noise coming from the speaker.

A: Edifier Speakers generate little noise, while the background noise of some audio devices are too high. Please unplug audio cable and turn the volume up, if no sound can be heard at 1 meter away from the speaker, then there is no problem with this product.
some noises may be generated by the music file due to compression. Please test with high quality music file to ensure the best quality from the speaker.



Q: I can’t control my Bluetooth speaker volume with my smartphones volume.

A: Disable “absolute volume” from your smartphones to solve this issue



Q: My TWS earphones can’t use single sided. Need to take out both only can connect to phone.

A: The side that used to pair with will be the master. Signal is sent to the master earbud then only will transmit to the other earbud. Please follow the steps below to use the second earbud individually:

  1. Disconnect the earbud from your phone
  2. Enter Pairing mode.
  3. Pair again with the side that you want to use individually
  4. Now you should be able to use the earbud single sided
