Edifier CX7 First Peek Uncategorized February 1, 2023 First Glance Out of the box there are a Subwoofer, a Stand alone amplifier, 2x Satellite speakers, a wireless remote control, a user manual and 3xconnecting cables. The speakers cabinet are made of wood. The amplifier is made of plastic. The Sub Woofer The front cover of the sub woofer is made of convex metal mesh. Making it looks very solid and durable. The Satellite The satellite front panel is a plastic mesh covered with a black fabric filter. The mesh is not removeable like other R series bookshelf speakers. The Amplifier One of the unique feature of CX7 is the stand alone amplifier. The front control console makes it very convenient to control the volume, adjust bass and treble. It’s illuminated halo around the volume knob also will add some aesthetic value to your desktop setup. The inputs are located at the top back of amplifier. featuring SD card, USB drive, AUX and RCA input. The Connecting Cables All speakers of CX7 are passive speakers with 2 core cable connectors. These ports are connected to the clipper connector on the bottom back of the amplifier. Remote Control The wireless remote control is powered by a CR2025 cell battery. With this remote control it is much easier to adjust the settings or change input mode of the speakers.
