Q: Can I connect this Speaker to my TV?

A: Yes. you can connect to your TV via RCA cable or AUX cables. Please check your TV audio out port to see if it support these connectors.

Q: I connected the speaker to my audio source but no sound coming out?

A: Please check your speaker input mode. you can press the volume knob on the speaker to change mode. the LED indicator will change to represent current mode.

Q: My neighbour accidentally connected to my speaker bluetooth. How do I disconnect it?

A: Press and hold the volume knob for approx. 8-10 seconds to clear Bluetooth Pairing. then you can pair with your phone/device.

Q: My Remote control not working.

A: Try change the battery and see if it works.
